Terry Hughner

President & CEO

Terry's Bio

As President of Total Source, Terry sets the company’s high standards of work ethic and performance.  Before founding Total Source, Terry gained much experience in the food industry.  He held various management positions at Swift & Company, was regional sales manager for Tyson Foods’ Beef and Pork Division, and was Director of Center-of-the-Plate Sales for Shamrock Foods.  Terry’s drive, knowledge of the industry, and honesty has earned him wide-held respect in the industry and has been an invaluable asset in the building of the Total Source organization.

Greg Sakraida

Group President - Mountain Region

Greg's Bio

Greg grew up in Southern Oregon and attended the University of Nevada, earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Greg started in the foodservice industry at Four Peaks Inc. in 2008, purchasing Four Peaks from his father-in-law, Barney Cox, two years later. Greg and Four Peaks Inc. joined Total Source in 2018. Greg and his family enjoy spending time in the mountains doing various outdoor activities.

Ed Presser

Ed's Bio

Ed worked at Sysco Chicago for 20 years where he worked as an MA, a Brands Manager, and a Beverage Manager. He left Sysco to work for Acosta Sales & Marketing for five years before joining Total Source. Born and raised in Chicago, Ed is married with two children, a son, and a daughter. Ed enjoys fly fishing, watching all sports, and doing projects around the house.

William Hunt

Chief Financial Officer

William's Bio

Bill brings to Total Source over 35 years of valuable and practical expertise in accounting, finance, and administration as CFO, Controller, and Director across multiple industries.  At Total Source he has come full-circle – his first two “official” jobs as a teen were in the retail foodservice and grocery industries as a busboy and bagger. Those humble yet crucial and demanding jobs taught him to value each team member’s contributions towards providing the Ultimate Client Experience – always a Total Source goal. Happily married for 40 years to his college sweetheart, Bill has six children and 16 grandchildren, with more expected – grandchildren, that is! Originally from Southern California and West Virginia, he has called Arizona his home for over 35 years.  Bill is grateful and excited to be a part of the Total Source team! His goal is to help position Total Source both financially and administratively for explosive growth, while always contributing to each of our valued client’s success.

Robert Creasey

Account Executive/Executive Chef

Robert's Bio

Rob comes to the team with 20 years of experience in the hotel and catering industry and spent 10 of those years with the Westin Hotel Corporation as an Executive Chef. Rob has a Culinary Arts Degree from Sarvis Culinary School in Flint, Michigan. His product presentation skills, knowledge of the foodservice industry, and his positive attitude have proven to be a valuable asset to the Total Source team.  

Pat Harrington

Account Executive/Executive Chef

Pat's Bio

Pat Harrington grew up in Phoenix.  He joins Total Source after eight years in Broadline Distribution with Shamrock Foods.  Prior to that Pat spent over twenty years in the kitchen, working at Resorts, Country Clubs, and Contracted Food Service Companies , both as a Chef and Food and Beverage Director.  Pat is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America ( 1995 ).  Pat loves to spend time with his family, fishing, sailing, coaching football, and can usually be found watching baseball and rugby when he has the chance.

Matt's Bio

Matt Johns joined Total Source in 2011, coming from a distributor background in Pittsburgh,PA where he worked at US foods and Reinhart Foodservice. Matt enjoys golfing, hiking, and taking road trips with his wife around the southwest of the country.

Jennifer Darchuk

Jennifer's Bio

Jennifer joined Total Source at the end of 2012, coming from a teaching and retail management background, and is excited to use her prior knowledge and jump into a new industry. She is originally from California, and has been in Arizona since July of 2012, and has enjoyed every bit of it! She loves the Arizona weather (even in the summer) and being outdoors, loves watching and attending sporting events, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.

Kaitlyn Bellman

K-12 Specialist

Kaitlyn's Bio

Born and raised in San Diego, CA. Kaitlyn has just moved to Arizona to join the Total Source team! She has over 8 years of experience in customer service, being in the beer and coffee industries as a server and a barista. She also gained some experience in sales while working for a military logistics company maintaining their e-commerce platforms. Her educational experience lies in both nutrition and elementary education, so finding her way to the K-12 Team has been a perfect fit so far and she is very excited to be part of the Total Source family. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her dog Cooper, going to the movies, and trying new restaurants.

Sherry Stokes

Director of Sales, Foods Group - CO

Sherry's Bio

Sherry has been with Total Source for the past seven years. She brings her extensive years of experience in the foodservice industry to the Total Source team – starting in the brokerage business and then transitioning to Regional Sales Manager for ConAgra and Tyson Foods. She held various sales and training positions. Sherry took time off to stay home and raise two great kids, that are now nearly ready to leave the nest. Sherry enjoys being in the mountains, skiing, hiking, or just listening to the wind in the trees.

Denise Elder

K-12 Account Executive & College/University

Denise's Bio

Denise has spent the majority of her life in Colorado and grew up in the Food Service industry. After 10 years in the field, Denise began her food brokerage career with Four Peaks in 1991 and worked there for five years. Denise then returned to Four Peaks in 2012 after taking time off to raise her family. Once she returned, she took on a new role as the K-12 specialist at Four Peaks, a position that was truly her calling. The relationships with customers and helping them find solutions is what truly makes Denise love her job. She is a true Colorado gal, and loves spending time with her family doing anything outside.

Carrie McLaughlin

Culinary Specialist

Carrie's Bio

Carrie started her career in the Maryland, DC, and Philly area in the Music Industry working in distribution for major record labels such as Sony Music, Warner Brothers, Universal, and for a large concert promoter. She’s always loved cooking. When she moved to Colorado, she enrolled in the American Culinary Federation Apprenticeship Program, earning the Apprentice of the Year and graduating at the top of her class. After working in all aspects of the kitchen at the Colorado Convention Center, Broncos Stadium, and most recently as a Personal Chef, she decided to branch out into the broker sector and has loved it ever since. In her spare time, you can find her still cooking, traveling, or hiking with her fiance and dog.

Joshua Shumway

Joshua's Bio

Joshua is originally from Long Island, New York. He graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island in 1999. He moved to Colorado in 2001. His culinary background consists of working in hotels such as the Westin Hotel in Rhode Island and the Brown Palace in Denver. He was also the chef for Wynkoop Co., Denver Chophouse & Brewery, and most recently Ted’s Montana Grill. Joshua came to Total Source because he liked the idea of being able to work alongside other chefs in the business as well as being able to coach and develop their knowledge of existing and new products.

Hayley Walker

Hayley's Bio

Hayley Walker started her career as the Event Sales Manager for a fine dining restaurant group in California. In that role, she was able to combine her love of food, party planning, and relationship building to successfully grow private dining sales. From there, she transitioned into the foodservice world, taking on a sales role with a national foodservice broker. In January 2019, Hayley and her husband Joel made the move to Colorado for a new adventure. Hayley is passionate about traveling, and together her and Joel have visited over twenty international cities. If she’s not off traveling, you can find her hanging out with her husband, friends, and three pugs!

Wendy has 28 years in the Manufacturing & Foodservice Industries. Wendy has been married to her husband, Adan, for over 26 years. Wendy, Adan, and their three children moved from Southern California to Arizona in 2005. Wendy loves to spend time with family, especially traveling.

Stephanie is a Arizona native who has a passion for the business world and heightening her knowledge and experience. With an AA in both journalism and business, Stephanie hopes to extend her education in business management at ASU. Stephanie has a 10 year background in customer service, with a passion to transition into the foodservice industry. On her spare time she enjoys writing music, hiking, reading, and traveling to new places. Always motivated to learn new things and venture out to new experiences.

Sam Moyer

Group VP - Equipment & Small Wares

Sam's Bio

Sam’s background in the Foodservice Industry includes 18 years as a part of Armstrong Marketing, starting as a sales associate working for Vic Armstrong. In 1989, Sam purchased the company from Vic Armstrong. Prior to Armstrong Marketing, Sam worked for three years in the contract & design department of Zims Restaurant Supply, which at the time was the largest dealer in Arizona. In 1978 Sam graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in business management. Sam has been married to Debbie since 1981 and they have two grown boys, Justin and Skylar. The Moyer family enjoys getaways to Lake Powell for boating and fishing and San Diego for relaxation and fun!

Al's Bio

Al has 44 years of experience in the Commercial Foodservice Equipment industry. His career began in 1977 in Winthrop, Maine, when, on a whim, he walked into a local dealer and applied for a job. In 1993, he took a position with a local dealership in Colorado Springs until becoming a Manufacturer’s Rep from 2005-2014, joining the Total Source team in 2014. Born in New Hampshire, he married his high-school sweetheart in 1973. They have three children and nine grandchildren.

Kris Figueroa

Director of Sales – E&S Group (AZ, NM-EP, UT)

Kris's Bio

Kris started his career as a professional chef after attending the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Over the next 15 years, he served as Executive Chef for private country clubs in New York, Atlanta, and Houston. His transition into the equipment business started with Rational combi ovens as a Regional Sales Manager/Executive Chef. Following that he spent the next 10 years as Sales Director with Piper Products with a focus on schools and multi-unit accounts. His understanding of kitchen operations allows him to find creative solutions for customers’ challenges.

As a contributor on Special Projects, Paul brings considerable knowledge and experience to the Total Source team. In his 15+ year tenure within the foodservice equipment industry, Paul’s skills and ingenuity have afforded him firsthand familiarity with many aspects of this fast-paced and ever-changing industry, including project coordination, design and estimating, and installing and maintaining the equipment. Paul and his wife, Karen, have four children. In his spare time, he enjoys geocaching with the kids, reading, and is also an avid mountain biker.

Kevin Krominga

Kevin's Bio

Kevin grew up in the Foodservice equipment dealer business, first in Illinois before coming to Arizona. Starting first in the dealer community, he has spent the last 24 years as a Manufacturer’s Representative for foodservice equipment. When not working on a Perlick beer system or bar layout, or measuring for a walk-in, Kevin’s interests include exploring the Arizona backcountry, camping, and dining out.

Mike is a third-generation manufacturer’s representative. He got his start in the industry when he joined his late father back in 1993. In 2015, they decided to merge their company and became a part of Total Source. Mike’s problem-solving skills are one of his key attributes and his customer service skills are apparent in the dealer relationships he has developed in the Denver market. Mike and his wife Christy spend much of their time in the outdoors. Some of their favorite activities include scuba diving, camping, off-roading, skiing, and flyfishing.

Nick Cavis

Nick's Bio

Prior to joining Total Source, Nick was employed by another brokerage firm where he represented key E&S brands in New Mexico and El Paso. Nick’s career in foodservice extends to the E&S commercial service segment, where he has achieved considerable success. His vast knowledge of the K-12 segment and key end-users in the market will help Total Source advance the brands we represent. Nick and his wife, Emily, and their three children, Ben, Liberty, and Reagan, are native residents of Albuquerque. In their spare time, they enjoy going on family adventures in their RV, exploring national and state parks, and hosting barbecues with family and friends!

Rand Sandall

Rand's Bio

Rand graduated from Weber State University in 2011, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Sales. While attending college, Rand was active in DECA, a collegiate club that prepares young leaders in the fields of hospitality, finance, and management for careers in sales and marketing. After graduating, Rand went to work for the Daily Bread, a food storage provider, where he achieved considerable success as a regional sales manager, covering the territories of Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho. Rand and his wife Crystal, reside in Syracuse, UT (a suburb of Salt Lake City) with their four children Braylee, Hinkley, Mya, and Demi.

Estimating and Sales Administrator - E&S

Michelle's Bio

Michelle Estrada graduated from Arizona State University in 1995. She began her career in foodservice equipment with Stainless Fabricating Company in Denver, Colorado, where she worked as an estimator and project manager for four years. There, she gained experience with custom fabricated equipment through projects such as elaborate corporate and university cafeterias, state penitentiaries, restaurants, and hotels. She provided customer service from the bid process, reviewed fabrication drawings, and helped managed final shipments. At Total Source, Michelle is responsible for estimating and customer service. Michelle has lived in Phoenix off and on since 1991. Michelle has two children Chloe and Jack. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and scuba diving for fun and adventure!

Lisa Short

Lisa's Bio

Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the administrative and customer service industry. Most of her career has been in the construction/homebuilding field. She is originally from California but has lived in Arizona since she was just two years old. She enjoys spending time with family, riding horses, and spending time outdoors.

Autumn's Bio

Autumn has joined Total Source with a background in customer service, office & restaurant management, as well as bartending and serving.  She is passionate about food, and loves working in all aspects of the industry. Autumn also enjoys hot yoga, reading, playing board games with her son, biking & any other outdoor activity. She is always up for an adventure!
