Terry's Bio

As President of Total Source, Terry sets the company’s high standards of work ethic and performance.  Before founding Total Source, Terry gained much experience in the food industry.  He held various management positions at Swift & Company, was regional sales manager for Tyson Foods’ Beef and Pork Division, and was Director of Center-of-the-Plate Sales for Shamrock Foods.  Terry’s drive, knowledge of the industry, and honesty has earned him wide-held respect in the industry and has been an invaluable asset in the building of the Total Source organization.

Mike joins Total Source with 20 years of food broker experience. He began his career at a family-owned brokerage in Denver and eventually became principal owner before selling to a National Broker in 2012. There Mike spent 10 years working in various leaderships positions, most recently heading sales for 13 Western states. Mike still lives in Denver with his wife Jenn and their three daughters.

William Hunt

Bill brings to Total Source over 35 years of valuable and practical expertise in accounting, finance, and administration as CFO, Controller, and Director across multiple industries.  At Total Source he has come full-circle – his first two “official” jobs as a teen were in the retail foodservice and grocery industries as a busboy and bagger. Those humble yet crucial and demanding jobs taught him to value each team member’s contributions towards providing the Ultimate Client Experience – always a Total Source goal. Happily married for 40 years to his college sweetheart, Bill has six children and 16 grandchildren, with more expected – grandchildren, that is! Originally from Southern California and West Virginia, he has called Arizona his home for over 35 years.  Bill is grateful and excited to be a part of the Total Source team! His goal is to help position Total Source both financially and administratively for explosive growth, while always contributing to each of our valued client’s success.

Autumn Enright

Autumn joined Total Source with a background in customer service, office & restaurant management, as well as bartending and serving. She is passionate about food and loves working in all aspects of the industry. Autumn also enjoys hot yoga, reading, playing board games with her son, biking & any other outdoor activity. She is always up for an adventure!

Pat Harrington

Pat's Bio

Pat Harrington grew up in Phoenix.  He joins Total Source after eight years in Broadline Distribution with Shamrock Foods.  Prior to that Pat spent over twenty years in the kitchen, working at Resorts, Country Clubs, and Contracted Food Service Companies , both as a Chef and Food and Beverage Director.  Pat is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America ( 1995 ).  Pat loves to spend time with his family, fishing, sailing, coaching football, and can usually be found watching baseball and rugby when he has the chance.

Robert Creasey

Robert's Bio

Rob comes to the team with 20 years of experience in the hotel and catering industry and spent 10 of those years with the Westin Hotel Corporation as an Executive Chef. Rob has a Culinary Arts Degree from Sarvis Culinary School in Flint, Michigan. His product presentation skills, knowledge of the foodservice industry, and his positive attitude have proven to be a valuable asset to the Total Source team.

Jesus joins the Total Source Arizona team with a strong food sales background and will be focused on generating incremental operator pull through and growth across all points of distribution. Jesus is bilingual and will also be targeting the robust Hispanic marketplace throughout Arizona.

Jade Mensenhimer

Jade's Bio

Jade comes to Total Source with 15 years of foodservice experience.  She graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute and has knowledge of the hotel and restaurant industry, however, she has spent the last 5 years in K-12 kitchens. She is married with 2 boys that are 14 months apart and loves spending any extra time she has with them. When she is not in a kitchen at work, she is in her own kitchen cooking, baking, and canning homemade jellies, jams, BBQ sauces, and pickles with her mom and kids. She is excited to use her previous knowledge and experiences to be a valuable asset to the Total Source Team!

Molly's Bio

Molly grew up in Colorado which inspired a love of the outdoors. She enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, hunting and of course food! Molly attended a culinary school in Pittsburgh at the International Culinary Academy. Molly was offered a position at the Grand Concourse restaurant after graduation and remained there for about 6 years. Moved to Phoenix in 2005 to be closer to my older brother who had recently graduated from the U of A. She also worked as an Executive Chef/Manager with a contract feeder for a corporate office campus in the Deer Valley area for nine years before returning to the restaurant industry. Took an Executive Chef position with Thirsty Lion Gastropub and remained in that role for 6 years. The last two years of which were during the height of the Covid outbreak.

Molly is very excited for her new opportunity at Total Source and looks forward to learning and growing with the team here in Arizona.

Susan Contreras

Susan was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. Susan studied nursing in college, but fell in love with schools after working as a free and reduced clerk at Creighton Elementary School District. After relocating back from Seattle, WA, she accidentally got a job with Chandler Unified School District as a buyer with the child nutrition department and was there for 17 years. Susan has met so many incredible directors and vendors that she wanted to become a broker. Susan loves spending time with her husband of 37 years. In her spare time, Susan likes to travel & work on her interior design skills.

Denise Elder

Denise's Bio

Denise has spent the majority of her life in Colorado and grew up in the Food Service industry. After 10 years in the field, Denise began her food brokerage career with Four Peaks in 1991 and worked there for five years. Denise then returned to Four Peaks in 2012 after taking time off to raise her family. Once she returned, she took on a new role as the K-12 specialist at Four Peaks, a position that was truly her calling. The relationships with customers and helping them find solutions is what truly makes Denise love her job. She is a true Colorado gal, and loves spending time with her family doing anything outside.

Hayley Walker

Hayley's Bio

Hayley Walker started her career as the Event Sales Manager for a fine dining restaurant group in California. In that role, she was able to combine her love of food, party planning, and relationship building to successfully grow private dining sales. From there, she transitioned into the foodservice world, taking on a sales role with a national foodservice broker. In January 2019, Hayley and her husband Joel made the move to Colorado for a new adventure. Hayley is passionate about traveling, and together her and Joel have visited over twenty international cities. If she’s not off traveling, you can find her hanging out with her husband, friends, and three pugs!

Brian has been working in the foodservice and hospitality industry for nearly 20 years in Colorado as well as along the East Coast and brings a wealth of experience and ideas to the company’s already accomplished team. After cooking school in Miami, Brian continued developing his passion for culinary creativity and exceptional service in his home state of Connecticut, working as a line cook, caterer, and front-of-house supervisor before moving out to Denver in 2011. Since then, he has remained determined to grow professionally in a wide variety of operations, serving as a kitchen manager, supervisor, and sous chef at places like Fresh Craft, Steuben’s, and Vine Street Pub, as well as producing high-end culinary events with groups like Occasions Catering. Brian is constantly providing new perspectives and ideas to make every chef’s job easier and every customer’s experience memorable and is excited to be a part of the Total Source team in making these goals a reality. When not at work, you can find him hiking, camping, or skiing in the mountains, going to music shows, and “nerding” out with historical trivia and maps.

Forrest Bayne

Forrest's Bio

Forrest literally grew up in the foodservice business often working in his uncle’s restaurant as a teenager. Over the past 10 years, he has been an Executive Chef at local establishments such as Trattoria Stella and Vine Street Pub. While running the kitchens as an Executive Chef, he built and redesigned menus to attract new customers through farm-to-table sourcing initiatives and staying current on the latest flavor trends in the industry. Forrest also has an entrepreneurial past as he and his then-business partner created and established a retail Chimichurri sauce business during the past two years. With his culinary and operations experience, Forrest is excited to join Total Source to help bring efficient and innovative ideas to our operators and distributor customers and increase market share for our Total Source and its clients.

John has a robust foodservice operator background in the front and back of house as well as being a corporate trainer for an emerging chain headquartered in the Denver Metro area. Weston has been a broker in the market for 13 years working with large casino groups, chains, end users, and all points of distribution. He has been in a leadership position with a national broker for the past 5 years and brings a unique understanding of the Vegas market and a wealth of relationships to Total Source.

Matt's Bio

Matt Burton comes to Total Source with 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry, including as an owner/operator of CJ’s Bar and Grill in Billings, MT.  Matt also has previous sales experience and possesses a track record of success, specifically leading CJ’s through the many challenges of our industry through the pandemic and recovery. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and coaching his son in various sports.

Alyssa was born in St. Louis Missouri and was raised in Phoenix, AZ. Alyssa has 7 years of experience in foodservice, management, and as a customer service representative. Alyssa is passionate about creating a memorable experience no matter the position and enjoys building relationships with unique individuals. Many of her skills can be attributed to previous experience in management positions and especially in working with smaller companies on marketing & promotions. Experiencing firsthand the hard work put into the rise of a business has greatly shaped her work ethic. She genuinely enjoys interacting with the public and exchanging stories – there is always something new to be learned. Alyssa firmly believes in the philosophy that as we become teachers, we will always remain students, and brings this motto with her in all aspects of life. Sam’s background in the Foodservice Industry includes 18 years as a part of Armstrong Marketing, starting as a sales associate working for Vic Armstrong. In 1989, Sam purchased the company from Vic Armstrong. Prior to Armstrong Marketing, Sam worked for three years in the contract & design department of Zims Restaurant Supply, which at the time was the largest dealer in Arizona. In 1978 Sam graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in business management. Sam has been married to Debbie since 1981 and they have two grown boys, Justin and Skylar. The Moyer family enjoys getaways to Lake Powell for boating and fishing and San Diego for relaxation and fun!

Christopher Medved

Christopher's Bio

As a 3rd generation foodservice professional, Christopher spent his first 20+ years in the industry behind the stoves as a chef at several reputable Denver eateries, later moving to the front of the house as the Food and Beverage Director of a boutique hotel in Golden, Co, and then as the General Manager at one of Denver’s most popular Food Hall and Bars. Christopher is also bilingual in Spanish. He now resides in Englewood, CO with his wife and daughter, and enjoys adventure, the outdoors, music, world travel, and excessively eating.

Salvador was born in Albuquerque, NM. He grew up in his family’s owned restaurant in Espanola, NM. Worked at Flying Star, Geckos, and Antiquity.  Spent 10 years working in a hospital before joining the broker world in December on 2019 right before the pandemic.

Salvador is married to his lovely wife for 7 years now, and they have two dogs named Basil and Thyme. Salvador and wife love to go camping with their dog’s.

Michael earned an associate degree in culinary arts at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Michael was lucky enough to get an externship at Wine and Roses in Lodi, CA. Over the next decade, he discovered his passion for getting new restaurants up and running. Michael was thrilled to be recognized as one of the top 10 up and coming chefs in the San Joaquin Valley. His work at Midtown Creperie and Cafe, went on to be featured on the Food Network show ” Diners Drive-ins and Dives”. Eventually, shifting his focus to the front of house and found a real passion for customer service and bartending. Michael has transitioned into management and sales. Michael has found a great joy in taking on new roles and challenges.

Michelle's Bio

Michelle Estrada graduated from Arizona State University in 1995. She began her career in foodservice equipment with Stainless Fabricating Company in Denver, Colorado, where she worked as an estimator and project manager for four years. There, she gained experience with custom fabricated equipment through projects such as elaborate corporate and university cafeterias, state penitentiaries, restaurants, and hotels. She provided customer service from the bid process, reviewed fabrication drawings, and helped managed final shipments. At Total Source, Michelle is responsible for estimating and customer service. Michelle has lived in Phoenix off and on since 1991. Michelle has two children Chloe and Jack. She enjoys traveling, hiking, and scuba diving for fun and adventure!

Jake Yoho

Jake's Bio

Jake comes to Total Source with a great deal of experience in sales and the Foodservice industry. He was most recently with one of the leading QSR Franchising Companies in the US, handling distribution of food and supplies for multiple franchise brands. Jake is passionate about food and enjoys cooking for his family, especially Thanksgiving dinner. He also enjoys sports and playing with his two dogs named Banjo and Rooney.

David Thibault

Estimating & Sales Administrator

David's Bio

David joined Total Source in 2022, with many years in the foodservice industry. His first job started as a part-time dishwasher, and through the years moved through the ranks to management. From there he moved into the sales industry, developing a range of skills in several different fields. A Phoenix native, David spends his spare time with his wife visiting as much of Arizona as they can to experience the outdoors, catching the occasional fish, as well as feeding ducks at the local park.
